Delivery & Shipping Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.amiri-furniture.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Delivery Methods

At checkout, you can choose between two delivery methods:

Click to Collect:

Select the “Click to Collect” option for self-pickup. The available collection date and time will be displayed. Your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 business days, excluding mattresses and custom-made items.

• Any person can collect the order but must present the order confirmation (SMS or email) and a valid resident ID.
• Our customer service team will call you after ordering to confirm the collection date and location (either our main showroom or our warehouse in the Ghala Industrial Area).

Standard Delivery:

Select the “Standard Delivery” option for home delivery. After filling in your address and completing payment, we will deliver the product to your specified location.

• Our customer service team will contact you on the next business day to confirm the delivery address and schedule a date.
• Delivery is typically completed within 5-7 business days for the Muscat Governorate (including Barka).

Delivery Areas & Fees for Standard Delivery:

Free Standard Delivery is provided within the Muscat Governorate, including the area up to Barka. Deliveries to all other governorates incur additional charges..

Delivery Timeframes for Other Governorates:

For Standard Delivery to areas outside the Muscat Governorate, please allow 10-15 business days.

Receiving Your Order:

For Standard Delivery, you or an authorized adult must be present to accept and inspect the items. Please check for any damage before the delivery team leaves. Note any issues on the delivery receipt. For problems found after unpacking, contact us within two business days.

Important Note: Refusing to sign the delivery receipt will be considered order rejection, leading to cancellation and return. Once items are signed for, responsibility transfers to you.
